This is an Yves Saint Laurent women’s scarf featuring an Eastern European inspired pattern, most likely meant to accessorize his “peasant look” designs of the mid-1970s. The scarf is made of a very fine cotton in a voile weight, perhaps a cotton/silk blend, definitely higher quality than a normal cotton. The bottom left is signed “Yves Saint Laurent”. The edge is hand rolled to the back.

Size: 34” by 33 1/2”

Condition: This scarf is in excellent condition with no wear, tear, pulls, stains or odour.

This scarf came from a very wealthy estate and looks like it saw no use - beautiful quality as one would expect from Yves Saint Laurent!
